I would not trust these people with my storage needed. I drove 50 minutes to meet with Will Carver to pick up materials but when I arrived he was conveniently “in a meeting”, and the item I came for was missing or gone. I was taken advantage of and for that I wouldn’t trust this establishment to store my belongings!

At first, everything seemed great, until I received my trailer back and it had a dent on the side. I sent an email with no reply, I called and Nicole told me they don’t carry insurance and they use your insurance and they will pay your deductible. The staff became rude/short and unresponsive. If you rent space here, request a tour and you will see how tight they park the vehicles. Request their insurance information upfront, in the case you need to file a claim. The staff and management will become difficult to work with once an issue arises.
