This place is 100% pro when it comes to industrial cold storage. Ive been working with them for a few yrs now and I have had minimum problems, 0 damage resulting is unusable product, and they are always willing to work with me all the way up to the plant supervisor. From the drivers side of things I hear alot about long wait times. I can't really speak to whats going in there but I can say from my interactions with the staff I can only speculate its something they can't control for whatever reason or I have to think they would have addressed it. All I know is they been good to me.
