Why is this counter service so inefficient ? Competitors are handling 7 customers to Avis' one. At least the Line is getting shorter as others are switching companies.

I usually saw them help 2 or 3 customers at a time, and the line wasn't long

we did not have that problem they gave us great service and they where busy but where handling all customers efficently.
