Horrible place!!! These people do not value customers. Management was very condescending and make you feel not valued. Luckily I went down the street to the E where I felt valued and got a better deal. My reviews get thousands of views a week and this place needs to get exposed and their angry staff.

Bad customer service I really don't recommend the still mony from my credit and ther is not car at all so I bay for nothing

Didn't have the right car, or have it ready, one employee seemed to be trying his best to get the car for us, finally was able to find it, but then he told us it would be ready at a certain time, we came even after that time but were still kept waiting for over 45 mins. before we could leave with the car, & the price ended up being significantly higher... It felt like senior abuse to me! (Since it was my Mom who ended up paying a lot more, & they kept her standing waiting for an excessive amount of time before she could finally sit down!) But the worse part it seemed to me was that they didn't even acknowledge us when we first walked into the building!!! If we hadn't prepaid the car, we would have just left & gone to another place... We had seen a better price elsewhere online when we reserved it but felt that Hertz would be better, since we had rented vehicles from them many times before! I totally felt that they were rude, not very accommodating, & unfair!

This is a place where customers are deceived and money is swindled. After booking a car and making an online payment, when I arrived at the rental shop, the employee forced me to pay extra to rent an inferior car model. In addition, the online prepayment was not included in the final bill, resulting in an additional $500 being charged to my account that was never refunded. When I went to another branch of this company, I was told that this place is known for scamming and fooling customers. This is definitely the last time I will use Hertz. Does not deserve even one star. Stay away from this place.
