Had a bad experience that involves me being stranded and had to pay for taxi from one airport to another because the Booker got the wrong area on top of it I paid in advance they took my money by the time I get to the place to pick up the car that was already reserved they said I couldn't rent a car because I didn't have a credit card, but I still can low grade it but there was no car available and I cannot refund my money in order to cancel it they had to take all the money that I already had paid, so my partner and I got stranded first time in California it was exhausting. I feel like crying I have spend $500 with taxi on top of it and the customer service was very poor when we was trying to explain our situation they also hang up the phone on us couple of times. We was traveling all day made the reservation in 2 days advance and we feel like they should do a good job explaining before they even charge us.. Bad experience.. 😔😢ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢ðŸ˜
