It will likely take forever and a day to get your car so you would be delayed a LOT - rough experience for us
If you have text enabled, they have a service where you can let them know you're delayed. Having cars all the time is not true at every airport. I'm a preferred member, I pre pay for car to guarantee it. Keep in contact with them and you should be fine.
Just let them know when you get there. They always have cars. You should be fine
