Breakfast and parking both were not free. We did not eat there, but it seems they were charging for a continental type breakfast.
We don't remember anything free. Lots of fairly expensive packaged food choices and juices/bev available to purchase. We drove to eat somewhere else.
Coffee is complimentary, but everything else had to be purchased. They had continental breakfast options such as cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, and yogurt, as well as hot "bowls" (quinoa, veggies, and poached egg; fruit and steel cut oats; poached egg, sausage and biscuit, etc) available from the kitchen. As others have mentioned, everything was very pricey. Because I had kids and it was easier, we ate there most days of our stay, but it was probably $30-$40/day for 4 of us.
They have a little convenience area with DIY coffee and espresso (not free), energy drinks and some snack items, but nothing is free in this hotel- and the cable sucks. Parking is very expensive.
The prices for there food was over priced for everything even for Nashville's standards and parking was $30 a day. We will never stay at an Aloft again.
