Top notch hotel, Lobby bar has a happy hour 5-7pm. All the bartenders were very welcoming. The front of the house is great as well. I would like to particularly give a shout out to Van. This man is an absolute professional. Extremely genuine man that cares about the guests. When he greets you at the door he makes it feel as though in coming home. I love the hospitality of the Lowes team. Highly recommended

Starting with check in, Loews Vanderbilt doesn’t disappoint. Adrian Thomas checked us it. He couldn’t have been more hospitable and helped us find the best room. He answered all of our questions and gave us details regarding amenities. The room was very nice and the food at Mason’s Cafe was so good! Definitely recommend!

Clean rooms, hotel was very clean, and very personable staff! And Van, what a sweet genuine man!! One of the most pleasant door men I have ever encountered while staying at a hotel. He always made sure me an my co-workers had everything we needed at all times. If I could, I would give him 10 stars! Thank you, Van, I hope I get the pleasure of seeing you again when I’m in Nashville next! 💕

We stayed over the weekend and the staff were amazing. Bree check us in and she was absolutely amazing. She is made for hospitality, as her warm and welcoming demeanor and helpfulness really make you feel at home after a long day of travel. Also, Bree and Taylor were amazing with our fur baby and made sure he was all taken care of. This is one of the best dog friendly hotels I’ve ever been too. Finally, Van is the most friendly and personable staff members. Making sure my family and I had everything we needed at all times.
