This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are fluffy! They have a full breakfast selection, which is complimentary. The gentleman checking us in suggested my Grandson and I could walk and see a movie since the theater was right around the corner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!!!

Huge rooms with two king beds and a pull out sofa. Two blocks off broadway and was the perfect location for a Mother’s Day weekend girls getaway! They had our room ready super early on a Friday. Rooms were clean and had no issues. Our flight got delayed and they held our bags for us until 330 so we could continue our fun weekend without carrying our luggage. We also had a hot breakfast every morning that didn’t close until 10! Perfect weekend staying their two nights. We all had ample space and a great time!

Horrible hotel! Sinks over ran all the time when you turned it on. Splashed water all over the sinks. The bath tubs had no stoppers in them to take a bath! No one would clean the rooms unless you were there 5 days in a row. Even though we were there for 4 days! They never offered to dump the trash while there and never asked if we needed anything towels etc! We had to sit our own trash out and get towels. Homeless people all over the hotel area sleeping and hollering constantly! The windows were leaky and you could hear everything on the streets in our rooms near the 1st floor. They make you pay too park in their hotel to, even though you stay there. They demand you pay 45.00 a day for vallet parking? While your already staying their and paying 250.00 for a room!! Very Horrible Hotel! Do not stay here! We never will again! The front desk managers staff are very rude and seem to not know there jobs very well at all as well. I RECOMMEND NO ONE STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Location was good, breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are small, but were clean. Most staff were friendly. Was very upsetting to find I paid $440 a night, over $1000 for 2 nights. Booked through Hilton Honors. I was getting a tea when I heard someone come in to check in and they were quoted under $200 for 1 night. I asked if they could adjust my rate and was told no. Rates vary by the hour. The next morning at breakfast a lady I met said they only paid $1000 for 4 nights. Very disappointed that they offered nothing when I brought it to their attention.
