Depends on your definition of walkable. Its about 20 to 30 min walk to main strip. We walked with no problem. But took Ubers back to hotel late night.

Also agree with previous replies. Walk is goos for health! But wonder how safe it is for a late night walk.
You could walk but it is going to be a good bit of walking. The location is mid point for the gulch, strip and other cool things to see.
I agree with previous response. We took an Uber because it was extremely hot. If you don't mind a 20-30 minute walk, its a straight shot down the street in front of the hotel.
