We booked this hotel through the sports tournament app. We were told that we’d get a room with 2 queens and a pull out. We have five people which was noted when we made the reservation. They only have a king and a pullout couch. They had no rollaway beds, so the fifth person had to sleep on the floor. The couch is extremely uncomfortable. There is no daily housekeeping unless requested so trash just piles up and no one brings towels during the day. The front desk clerk with the colored hair is extremely rude. I left a voicemail for the manager to call me back and he never did. The shower doesn’t work properly and the light in the kitchen is out. Worst Marriott ever…

You need to make an appointment to get the room cleaned. If you want towels, you need to go to the front desk. We called for toilet paper and they wouldn't bring it to the room. We had to go get it. $23 a day for parking is a joke. The street leading up to the hotel is poorly maintained and full of pot holes. Save yourself, go somewhere eles.

Excellent location. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Breakfast plentiful and good. Parking VERY convenient on the same floor as your room. Hotel very clean. Never heard the words, "We can't do that for you". Highest recommendation from our entire family.

This hotel located just behind the Green Hills mall is a wonderful hotel. The 1 Bedroom Suites are modern, spacious and well appointed. The parking which is more and more of a challenge in Nashville is super convenient at this hotel. The parking garage with direct entry onto the hotel floor makes it easy to park and get to your room. The in and out privileges making it easy to come and go using just your room access key. The area has sidewalks to walk your dog. Staff was friendly and it was a good value.
