I was not able to get any answers or meet any person.and I had a problem with the robotic switchable signature code that I had been doing many times online and still not getting acceptable...so I am not able to apply online
No you can't because everything is on line to receive a visa. But you should call and they always answer and the operator when press 0 will answer and explain what u need and they will guide you. Pay attention to what need to do on the web site and every step need to be submitted. I have just been through this and waiting for my visa still. So it can take 15 - 30 days for the visa but also depend what kind of visa. But overall- they really good with emails so good luck with all.
