Not professional, sometimes there is no one speaks Arabic !!! They waste your time and keep your money for a long time before they send it back when you cancel your transcation with them.

They are the best. Very welcoming, got my stuff done so fast and they told me we can renew your passport and it will take up to 6 weeks or we can give you a travel document to go home and renew there . They gave me dates , coffee and asked me if I need anything or any help. I love you guys . I felt home while I’m in the US. ..

Ive encountered the same issue. I find ita best to contact them using email.
Peace be upon you, Bashir. If you come to me, please advise me, I am the holder of the Green Car, and I look forward to visiting Saudi Arabia
If you're an American citizen no need for transit visa if it's less than 7 hours layover. It's better to ask the Saudi airline. I hope I can help.
No, they will reopen on july 26th, 2021.
Yes but with a tourist visa and apply online for a US passport
Sir, They have not been answering the phone for 9 years now, I drove 7 hours only for them to tell me they can't help, could've saved me a lot of trouble if they only answered the phone. Good luck.
it's open throughout Riyadh Season which starts 15 October to 15 December but you need to buy a ticket for an entertainment event and the visa gets issued in 5 minutes, the tourist visa is to be started before the end of the year throughout all of saudi not just Riyadh.
Better through the Saudi Arabia consult. Call them to ask about the time and documents you need
Contact the Saudi Arabia consult or visit their website you will find out what you need to do
Yes you will need a transit Visa, cause you have more than 12 hours transit. You may ask your travel agent to help you obtain it or contact the Saudi embassy in LA in of Olympic Blvd
You can send it to me bcoz before they attest it, it has to go through a couple of things including the US Department of State. Send it to; RGI Visas 2651 Conn. Ave. NW Suite 201 Washington, DC 20008 www.theroyalgroupinternational.com
