I have been calling for the past few days and no answer and I cant even leave a voicemail. I wonder where is the customer service? Is there a quality control or at least someone who cares for this institution reputation?

Sir, They have not been answering the phone for 9 years now, I drove 7 hours only for them to tell me they can't help, could've saved me a lot of trouble if they only answered the phone. Good luck.
