Why is it everytime we stay here we always face a brick wall? I asked for top floor when booking we get bottom. I want to ask for another room

Because they have no views and very few habitable rooms. The management couldn't be doing a worse job.

Im surprised you stayed. Our room was not habitable. Was very run down with apperant mold issues.
