The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. The shuttle downtown was frequent. The beds were comfortable. The price was high for not being right downtown, but the location was easy to get in and out of with plenty of free parking. With nice weather, it's close enough to walk around Nissan Stadium and over the pedestrian bridge to get downtown. The location is perfect for a Titans game. The bathroom had a couple issues with the shower not draining well and a stain on the wall, and there were some loud drunks staying there, but it was overall a good hotel stay.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is in need of a major updating. The color scheme is dark with bright orange and purples. The carpets are very dated. The room itself was comfortable but also had old carpets and a very dated bathroom that has seen better days. The shuttle was a great plus and would drop you near Broadway in the main tourist area. The location of the hotel wasn't in an area you would feel safe to walk around . Overall the hotel was a good value if you wanted to have free parking and utilize a shuttle to downtown

Positive: The staff was very professional, and made you feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We really liked taking the complimentary shuttle to downtown. It was also very nice to wake up and go downstairs to a very nice breakfast. Negative: No- we enjoyed everything

The staff were all great, helpful and friendly. Room was clean and an excellent free breakfast. Was hoping it would have been an easier walk to downtown. But, the free shuttle they offer is great.. Walls are a tad thin and I would stay on the city side of the building. Kennie helped us a great deal and it was such a bonus to be able to store our luggage before and after checking in and check out..

It definitely has one over to honkey tonk row, but I would inquire about airport. We took an uber.
Day and night should be safe, but I'd probably take the shuttle instead as it is a good walk to the strip.

Well, Beal Street is in Memphis, not Nashville. If you mean Broadway, which is where the night life and honky-tonks are, then it's about a mile, but the hotel runs a free shuttle there and back.

I truly hope that it was not me to miss lead you in any means, truly sorry for your inconvenience or unexpected experience of that caused a unpleasant experience, one thing I would say is to be vigilantly aware at all costs no matter the time of day or area you're in.

I used the free hotel shuttle when I visited this hotel back in September. It ran from 8am - 9pm every 30min.
It runs every 30 mins and runs yoy right downtown by all the hot spots! It's a great hotel. You'll have a great stay there!
