Room 911 isn't located in a great location. People can look in from elevator and hallway if curtains are open. Your view looks over the lobby which is nice but not as nice as the city π. Otherwise it's a great hotel with excellent quality service. Highly recommended.

I love this hotel. The hotel is huge and has a great lobby. The location is amazing, literally right in the heart of everything. Service is outstanding from the moment you walk in to the moment you check out. The rooms are bigger than I expected, I love the separate living area from the entrance and the rooms are super clean.

We had a good experience here for a work conference. I don't think we would stay at The Hilton for a personal vacation due to a bias for boutique style hotels & airbnbs; however, the location was PRIME, the valet service came in handy, and the bar and gym on the first level came in clutch. Things you should know: I. LOCATION Next to Broadway. There's a parking garage below the Walk of Fame Park, but using the valet is always easiest. They'll allow you to come and go in your car as much as you please to explore, but you'll simply have to hold on to the original ticket. II. SERVICE Currently, room service is something that is upon request for customers ~ they don't just enter your room on a daily basis and tidy up due to COVID. The gym is well maintained and the bar service is friendly from our experience. There's quite some rude, drunk individuals that wonder to the bar on weekend nights off of Broadway. We saw one giving a bar tender a tough time ~ please be kind and tip nicely. They work hard. III. QUALITY I would say the interior appeal to the Hilton is strictly for business men. The feminine touches are lacking and the color palate is masculine. This is why I said I would come here strictly for business and never for recreational stay. IV. CAPACITY The book up, for sure, with a nearby conference hall, Broadway as an attraction, and Music Convention Center. So make sure to book well in advance.

I arrived a little early and was offered a different room. However, I went from a room with a nice view to a room with a view of the alleyway backing one of the bars. One of the light bulbs in the lamp was out and inoperable. The shelf holding the refrigerator up was broken and the fridge did not work at all. The towels and washcloths were not soft at all. The washcloths especially felt like washing with sandpaper. For the price of the breakfast, pancakes, omelets, or similar should be offered. I did however enjoy the bar downstairs and the quick stop shopping option. This was helpful for a quick bite to eat at night and coffee for the next morning. Being within walking distance to the Assembly Hall was great!

About 3 bock's ! Should allow a very comfortable distance.
The country music Hall of fame is an easy walk. Less than a block.
Recommend calling the hotel. Every day they have a breakfast but usually it's a paid meal
Yes he told u correct
With tax, they will add $41.61 to your room charge to do valet. It's worth it...versus the $30 charge in the self parking garage across the street.
Uber all the way actually Lyft is good too
Depending on the time of year between 350 to 450 per night. Howard Ryan. Australia
You can also rent a car there if you want to go to other places such as Memphis. Enterprise is located in the lobby.
I have visited there four times now from Australia and the concierge at their desk were informative and assisted in all my enquiries.....have fun ya'll π¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊ
Best location for everything, arena is right across the street
Highly recommend calling the concierge direct. Seems you may feel more comfortable and secure confirming.
Yes. It's close to all of the bars and it's awesome.
No shuttle but taxis are available for a flat rate of $25
I don't think they have free shuttle from airport to the hotel.
