Verizon is a scammy company. They said they'd give me a $300 phone for free if I stayed with them for 30 months, and then a few months in, upped my monthly rate +$12/mo, so I ended up having to pay for the phone via their forced rate hike. If I leave I have to pay the remainder so I'm stuck buying the phone EITHER WAY. Either I pay the $300 to leave (buying out the phone) or stay for the remainder of the 30 months for the additional $300 paid out monthly via their forced rate hike. Don't do business with this company.

This location is great! Was turned away at the location by the Parks Mall for arriving 2 minutes after closing. Searched next closest location and found this store. Roger helped get me started with an iPhone 13, explained all my questions in detail, and helped me pick out the perfect phone case and screen protector. He even left me a piece of advice I’ll never forget! “You can feed two birds with one scone.” Truly an amazing salesman. 10/10 would recommend him and this location to anyone looking to switch their device.

Sophie and the manager at the Verizon in Cedar Hill were both kind and knowledgeable. They turned a bad experience with AT&T that day into a good one.
