I am very displease with the level of service we received. we signed up online for check in didn't get a confirmation back so we called the office to see how long it would take to get in and they said they can't do anything or tell us anything about the online check on and they have no idea what the wait is and told us to just check in again. we tried and they didn't let us check in again because we were already checked in so we called them back. they said oh yeah I forgot to tell you just check them in and put in their middle initial. this is already several hours after checking in so we do it again and it's another 3 to 4 hr wait. just got a call from them an hour before we can get in that they won't be able to see us today. Only reason they got the second star is because at least they transferred us to another care now.

Didn't like the waiting time when it didn't seem like they were to busy but it was clean, very sweet employees, and the process was fast after being called back.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Although there was an expected 6 hour wait, they were able to get me in and out in 3 hours. The STAFF WERE PLEASANT TO BE AROUND! In spite of the clearly busy day, Starting with the front desk staff all the way to my VERY SCARY SHOT at the end. #A💜smilegoesalongway All praises To The Most High

If you have children, do not bring them here. Waited two hours to be seen by a PA for 5 minutes, just to be misdiagnosed on two separate occasions. If you’re 26 and under, go to Children’s Hospital. Their Urgent Care is $75 for no insurance, and they have pediatricians who a) understand that children are different from adults, and b) spend more than 5 minutes with their patients.
