I will never schedule any other doctor visit on my side at this location, I am  a assistant manager and a professional health care too and never treat with  careless and insensitive words a person, sending missing patient's information repetitive times to the insurance to delete the process and said the patient the insurance denied it, specially when the patient's life is on japardy,Diabetes is not a joke. They send wrong doses of one medication to a pharmacy, and the other medication have a side effect because was new meds need to be changed they made the patient waiting for weeks to see a provider just to change the prescription and send it to the pharmacy at the end the medication they call for do not was available. They never have an appointment for those to needs check/or change medication because not work appropriately, the patient wait several weeks for appointment and then just SAID "go to ER," when the provider easier can get done in the office for that is the PCP they get offended when I explaining the insurance denied because they miss information several times and that is they jobs to submit all the required information. UNPROFESSIONAL,CARELESS they only work for the money no cares about peoples lives,

Tried to schedule an emergency appointment. After going through the receptionist and triage, I was advised someone would call me be with an appointment. When I received the call back, my physician is on vacation no one is seeing her patients, and I was advised to go to the ER, or Care Now. What is the purpose of having a GP physician if you are sending me to be treated by someone else. I am not pleased with the service, looking for an physician.

Dr. Sookprasong is pretty ineffective, scared to use her license for anything other than maybe blood pressure, office staff lame, not busy but when trying to call you have to go through a million layers of Big Baylor who caters to specialists and buy off Family Med docs to not use their license for anything other than blood pressure, drive 80 miles south and I can talk to an FP who is doing surgeries and not afraid to use their training. Sookprasong is another sell-out, and she is nice and polite about it, as a newer doc and a gen X/Y/Z, there for a paycheck.
