This property, it’s horrible! They haven’t fixed a light next to my mom’s front door since she moved in!! It’s literally a hazardous situation!! do not move here. They do not care about the residence.!

Talked to Keke in the leasing office about possibly living at Legacy and she not only did the calculations in our face but also ensured us we qualified for the one bedroom and told us to go ahead and pay the fee associated with the application when we applied and called her for confirmation . I Let her know I was paid weekly (multiple times) and about how much, just for her to continuously swear up and down she thought I was paid bi-weekly because she looked at my check stubs in the wrong order that they were sent. Days after, we’re told we no longer qualified for the apartment and there was nothing she could do (even though the inconsistencies and incorrect information were on her part)so our application would be terminated and we’d be able to try again in 30 days, AFTER she told us to pay the fee. Ironic huh. Called to get clarity on what was going on and was repeatedly met with an excuse to whatever we said. Whenever we corrected her, she had an excuse. We even tried offering to drive to the leasing office and discuss face to face what went wrong to which she tried to nervously assure us that was unnecessary and proceeded to quickly hang up the phone.

This place don't deserve no credit for nothing they have people stealing cars and stealing your money make sure you are on time with your rent and once you get evicted make sure you are ready for the judge not to be on your side because you will be thrown to the curb may but always remember God sees what goes on and God don't like ugly have mercy on yalls souls but people please don't live here they are scammers to the T have a blessed day

just recently moved in a few weeks ago, by far the best experience! had many questions keke has been with us since the jump and still helps out and answers questions no matter how little/big questions i have. also with maintenance so far they have came and fixed issues in a timely manner even when short handed! great apt so far.

1 bedroom is $961 and they require you make 3× the rent
The charges are ridiculous. If I broke the lease, it would be over 3k owed to the complex.
I paid 975 because I got in on a special and that included a covered spot. Also, I never had any issues with the staff, the neighbors or the apartment.

I had to by a $400 deposit plus $150 because I didn't make 3.5 times the rent two years prior to leasing which didn't make any sense to me if I was making well over 3.5 times the rent at the time that I was approved.
