How much do you have to put down and what are the qualifications and stipulations to get in your apartment?

I had to by a $400 deposit plus $150 because I didn't make 3.5 times the rent two years prior to leasing which didn't make any sense to me if I was making well over 3.5 times the rent at the time that I was approved.

It depends on how many bedrooms you want..they have a spring special right now 200$ I paid $400 no evections in last 5 years
