this is the worst rehab center i have ever seen. At first I was guided by the ratings on the Internet, which is about 4.3 points. came there, like the hall and the rooms are clean. but it turns out all this is dust in the eyes for customers. the management system suffers. very rude staff. not all, of course. but the ones we had to deal with were just awful. unprofessionalism, arrogance, rudeness and outright disregard for patients. often in the evenings, when there are no bosses nearby, nurses and orderlies generally scream at helpless patients. If the blood pressure is below normal, they can give 2 medicines for hypertension. when the patient has lost consciousness, the nurses do not even know what to do and simply call an ambulance, which takes the patient to another hospital. there we spend 5 hours in order to check the pressure and take blood tests. then again we wait 2 hours for transport to return to this ill-fated center. no one is responsible for anything. supervisors do not understand anything in medicine at all and cannot manage staff. the nurse, possibly high, said that the pressure of 185/100 is normal and she is not going to give any drugs and yells at me, scaring me that I will be kicked out of the center. the supervisor didn't even call her for a trial. my statement about unprofessionalism, harassment, neglect of professional duties had no effect and most likely it was simply thrown away. the terrible experience I had in this so-called center forced me to simply run headlong from there. the positive reviews I've seen before, I suspect, were given by people who leave annoying older people in someone else's care and visit them once a week or a month. they do not see and do not want to see these problems. So I don't recommend this center. what is important for them is not the treatment of people, but the withdrawal of money from the insurance company. If there was option I would rate -5

There in nothing for senior to do. But play Bingo after breakfast and then after lunch. After dinner nothing to do but go to there room and go to sleep. It's like being in jail. There is more to life then Bingo. They talk about the place like there so must for the senior to do. But all in all it's not true. Very boring place. It's looks like they are placed there to live the rest of Time Sorry that is my feelings
