I’ve only gotten some instant cameras developed here once but it was super affordable and their service is great. Will definitely come back for future photo needs!

I went to the store to print some photos with my cell phone and they only allowed me to print them through a usb. I went home, went back to the store with two different usb's and it took them 20 minutes to tell me that their machine would not read them. The machine was so old that it would not read usb's and instead of apologizing and looking for a solution, they told me it was because the usb's were too full of space. Sometimes it can happen that you don't find what you are looking for but the treatment and manners were so disinterested that I would not recommend developing photos in this store, mainly because they have a machine that does not work well.

Hard to imagine this is a functioning business. The limited range of their services seem to be almost deliberately aimed at turning away as much business as possible, and seem to be confounding to every new customer who walks in, and exhausting for their staff, who are tasked with the unenviable responsibility of reciting to each new walk in how little the business is willing to offer them. Their turnaround for processing 35mm film is an estimated 2 weeks, they offer only cross processing of some of the very film stocks they themselves sell, and bizarrely, refuse to email or transfer low quality JPEG scans online, nor put them on a CD or SD card, but will only deliver them via a thumb drive, which you have to provide when you drop the film off, not on pickup, otherwise that will cost more. And of course, they are cash only. If they make any business at all it seems to be due to the fact that they are the only film development center in the area. If anyone out there is interested in starting a competitively decent film photo center in the Greenpoint / Williamsburg areas, I’d say the door is wide open for you.

Yep! A few diff brands

What format do your flash drives need to be? Mine always get rejected because they're "not compatible".

FAT32 should be recognized without any issues. Our machines are Windows based so we are not able to read drives formatted with HFS+
