My case was dismissed, but A/DA even knowingly that I was innocent of the crime try her best to push the case and protection order. Please do not expect mercy from this office and people representing DA. Their job is paint you criminal even knowing all the facts about you, i wish there are more people like Judge Frank Caprio in this world for compassion and mercy. Be professional DA. You owe this to us.
