Not happy with this place. My wife and I made a reservation online to stay here July 2 - July 4 and paid the total upfront in good faith. We are no longer able to make it that weekend, and won't have a chance to return afterwards. I called to get a refund, and after being placed on hold for over 10 minutes, I was told that they were able to shift my reservation dates but were unable to refund my money. Is there any reason at all, that a Marriott, a company that made $13,857,000,000 in 2021 (let's keep in mind that no one traveled in 2021 because of Covid) and was worth $25,553,000,000 can't afford to refund me my $636.69 with 11 days notice? Those are billions... Also, considering that the hotel is downtown in the country music capital of the world, during the July 4th weekend, I don't think that they are going to have an issue filling that room. Anyone who disagrees has never heard a Toby Keith song. Do better Marriott. It's not a good look.

This place was amazing! We stayed here on a girl's trip and the staff was great, the pool was amazing, and Breakfast was delicious. Super comfy bed and we loved the layout of the room. It was great that you have to have a key card to get on the floor and that made us feel even more safe.

A little pricey but the service was great. For 20 floors, 3 elevators are not enough. Expect to wait a few minutes to go up or down. Breakfast was delicious both days.

AMAZING hotel! The night manager, April, is awesome. I ordered food at 2am and it was inadvertently taken by another guest and April went far out of her way, not only to contact the other guest, but to contact the restaurant and make it right - customer service at its finest! YOU ROCK, APRIL! This was my first trip to Nashville and when I come back there is nowhere else I will stay - thanks to April!

Yes, but it's pricey. $40 for 24 hours. In and out is easy.
