We haven’t stayed there yet, but working with Justine made me super excited for my stay! I tried to book through booking.com and had lots of issues, and she stayed on the phone with me for three hours helping me sort out my issues! She is absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me and even though she had a lot going on with guests who were there, she wanted to fix my issue and she did fantastic. I ditched booking online and booked directly with Justine, and she exceeded my expectations! I don’t know who’s in charge of this, but she needs a raise! You couldn’t ask for a better employee.

It was ok. The people at the desk were great. Rooms need to be gone over. Bathroom door was in bad shape. Because it is a pet friendly place. The floors have to be a linoleum because of the pets. Otherwise not too bad. Some body was smoking pot and it wreaked in the lobby.

Better than expected. Grounds are clean and well kept. Check in was a breeze and they were accommodating to our adjoining room request. Rooms were fairly updated and clean. TVs are a bit small. Mini fridge was clean and nice size. Morning coffee was good. Glad the pets stay free. Overall a good stay.

The place is nicer than I was expecting from the reviews. It’s the best place for people with a pet since the pet stays free. I stayed on the first floor. My room smelled good and everything looked clean. Nice bathroom. Only thing is that you can tell the roof has been patched up. Morning coffee was simple and good the way I like it. I didn’t hear any other dogs in the hotel. I slept well. I could smell in the hallway someone had been smoking weed. Night reception could be a bit more friendly but he was courteous. I felt safe staying here. Mini fridge is a good size. Would stay again.
