Positive: The staff was AMAZING! I can¿t remember the man¿s name but he checked me in and was WONDERFUL. The room was amazing, clean and smelled clean. Great location and I especially love the free shuttle to and from places within a 2 mile radius! Negative: Absolutely NOTHING! beautiful hotel and kept up nicely! I¿m thinking of applying for a job here when I move to Nashville!

This is the place to stay if you are going to Nashville. It is walking distance to the downtown area, if you don't mind walking, but they also have regular shuttle service to the downtown area if you need a ride. They also have a full complimentary breakfast every morning, and a 2 hour complimentary cocktail reception every evening. It is incredibly affordable for what you get included with your stay and extremely clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Darn...I really wanted to like this place. Almost every staff member I encountered was nice, and helpful. The INCLUDED breakfast was great and the daily manager's reception featured well-made free cocktails. Unfortunately the room was dated, in poor condition, and the cleaning service was inadequate at best. The furniture was old and in poor repair, the bathroom didn't have a fan, and the window in the room was leaky, causing damage to the surrounding floor. We kept finding pubic hairs on our comforter, and had to ask for 3 different sets of linin before finally receiving clean sets. The tub was grimy and gave up after asking to have it cleaned twice. We brought our complaints to the manager attention and they took $100 off our bill and asked us to give them another chance in the future. If I visit Nashville again and see recent positive reviews I just might. If they can keep their rooms clean, and in good repair, I'd be more than willing to overlook dated furniture for good food and friendly staff.

Have stayed at Embassy Suites for many many years and this was by far the worst one. It was still an embassy suites, with the suite style rooms, full breakfast, and happy hour. But our bathroom had an active water leak that flooded the floor. The front desk just gave us extra towels for the floor and said sorry. The breakfast staff was very rude. Would ask to take my tray while I was still eating and then get mad at me and make rude comments when I said I wasn’t done. One even just stood there and watched me eat, trying to hurry me. Very bizarre. The coloring on the TV was messed up and everyone’s faces appeared orange and green. Just not a well maintained hotel. Typically we are very pleased with Embassy Suites and only stay here, but this one fell very very short.

Not at all. I have a preference to stay with Embassy Suites over the past decade, however that has changed drastically. This year I have experienced 2 separation visits at an Embassy Suites in Nashville, TN & Birmingham, AL and i have reached my limit. Both locations were in need of a complete remodeling or rebuild. Very dated, very smug, extremely drab, the smell seems to be baked into both the walls & carpet. The lack of great quality is so removed. I say rehash the entire brand.
No
Yes, but you can take your car in and out with no additional charge. Use uber from there for all Local travel it is cheap and fast.
It's about a mile away ... roughly a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk.
Looked on site & it says only service animals
I believe the parking garage that is associated with the hotel would not accommodate such a large vehicle. It's actually a pretty tight area in there.
It's a little over a mile away. The hotel has a shuttle to downtown that might get you close by.
Having been at this hotel, as long as the hospital is within a 2 miles range, yes the shuttle will take you there. You can even ask the driver to come back to pick you back to the hotel.
