The Fairlane Hotel was a perfect choice for the 1st time staying in the Music City. Check-in was easy and I was offered champagne and/or beer as a "welcome." The room was nice & clean with a comfy bed. The location was great and within walking distance of Broadway. It was fairly easy to find parking nearby, if you choose not to do valet. Definitely would stay at The Fairlane Hotel again.👍🏾

Loved our stay here! Beautiful room, free coffee in the lobby and free champagne at check in. My partner and I always go for the budget stuff so I don't spend a lot of time in 4 star hotels but we got a great deal at the Fairlane and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only downside is parking - valet only at $50/day (Park at the library down the street for $20/day if you're cheap like us lol)

The hotel was beautiful had a great charm about it. I luckily got a great deal for our stay. Little things knocked it. No coffee maker, but there was brewed coffee in the lobby. The curtain was lose from the hooks and we had a corner room so it was really bright in the mornings. It has a mini bar but no way store your own food or drink. Someone else Complained about the windows not being washed and I rolled my eyes but they were 100%right it was very glaring. Not even the lobby windows were washed and handprints everywhere The bathroom we had could have done with a wipe down of the walls, and the the deep tub was nice but It was quiet for the most part one night you could hear just drums from a venue . It is in an uphill walk from broadway just an FYI. All the staff were friendly. The bagel shop and penthouse bar was amazing but stay away from Ellington's for dinner OVERPRICED and not good. The decor was beautiful the rooms were massive. Mattress was decent. I would stay here again and suggest this to friends if it had a good deal.

For the price. I expected a lot more. The room was not super clean and was lacking some niceties that far cheaper places would offer. We waited in the lobby for over an hour because our room wasn't ready and then we're "upgraded" to a 3rd floor room with a grand view of the dump across the street. Tries hard but misses. I won't go back.
