The pool is nice and not many people. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. But the best part of all was the staff, this lovely lady named Pira saw that our lyft app wasn’t working and booked us one there AND back on her personal account. She was so friendly and kind. Another lady named Nisha was so sweet and accommodating. Also another lady (sadly don’t remember her name) made me and incredible margarita.

I have to say that Monil and his staff are there to make your experience the best it can be!! I held a team meeting at this location and everyone was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great experience. We do recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

My husband in I initially booked this hotel for 3 nights but we couldn’t stay one night. When we arrived we where created by a young man but then a women came out to help. Her appearance was if she rolled out of bed and just came to work. She had on a wrinkle long sleeve everyday shirt with a white shirt underneath but the collar was very dirty as well. She was speaking with us while still eating food in her mouth, scratching herself and no bra on. I honestly was ready to leave. On the way up to our room we overheard a lady showing the front desk staff a big she found in her room that was another red flag for me. We finally made it to our room which was a huge let down. I found black bugs on the drapes, hair in our bed and on our pillows and the carpet look as if it has never had a shampoo. That was the last Straw for us my husband immediately called corporate and requested our reservation be changed to another hotel which was Hyatt Place. Do yourself a dad and go straight to the Hyatt Place and avoid the mess of a hotel. Oh and it took the shuttle 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport not the 10 minutes like the front desk told us.

Hotel staff was fine, but really would not recommend this area/hotel. Area around does not feel safe whatsoever. We were told a security guard was on grounds, but never saw him. Our room also did not seem like it was fully cleaned. The bathroom floor was dirty and our sheets had stains on them. I would recommend finding a hotel in a safer part of Nashville if coming to visit.
