The bathrooms are kept open only during specific days and times. If you rent the picnic space, the bathrooms will be open for your convenience.
I believe they now use city water yes
I don't know. Because this is nesting season for many creatures, there may have been an infestation 🤷🏽♂️
You can rent out the shelter house, not sure how to though
