Kathy, the owner as well as all the employees that I encountered were so helpful and kind. I thought, being a pawn shop that they were just interested in making as much money off of the items that I brought in. Kathy the owner was genuine and gave me an incredible deal. She gave me the most money she could, therefore helping me as well as still able to make money for her buisness. I highly recommend going to Monstor Pawn in Bloomington if you find yourself search for pawn shops. ALSO, my son was looking at things to buy, and they had SO MANY THINGS of all different sorts and priced very very reasonable. 5 stars easily!!! Thank you Kathy!!!

I really didn't want to pawn my game system but I needed money for me and my kid too survive and they helped me out alot. Process was quick and easy and the owners were very nice to me abd even gave me a FREE DR PEPPER!!! I recommend Monster Pawn; Not to mention all the cool things they have there as well 10/10

She was so nice and didnt hesitate to help me i will b going back to get my stuff as i promised her for the loan she gave me but i will also b going back in the future to pawn other things if needed.
