Car was provided by Gosch Toyota, while waiting for service. The rental car was fine. The service was very slow, and several customers were waiting more than 30 minutes.

I was charged for another day instead of receiving my deposit back even after going over bill with employee, now I have to wait about a week to get this fixed. Very unhappy with help and would like compensation for this trouble and I doubt I will return to enterprise so I don't want any cupons!!!!!!

Staff does a great job communicating with customers, greeting them when they arrive, notifying them of how long their wait will be, and providing unprompted updates on their vehicle which are all greatly appreciated. Sean G is the man. I am always grateful to see him working when I arrive. He remembers all the details, is polite and friendly but is quick to get me in and out. I hope Sean is recognized for his consistent and professional manner as it is what I think of when I think of enterprise. Thank you Sean.

Paris, you may want to contact corporate office for that and let them know how you feel, they should be able to help you resolve the issue!
As far as I know they are unable to do so you would have to check with Enterprise directly
If you rent any kind of vehicle from Enterprise do not rent for one day starting on Friday. They are closed weekends and you cannot return rented vehicle so you have to pay for three days. They don't tell you this until you are standing in their office picking up your car. In my case I had to take the car because I had a very important doctors appointment and could not cancel. So I felt taken and won't use Enterprise ever again. I can't believe this company isn't open on weekends in Hemet or have some kind of drop off location so people won't be ripped off for two extra days. Employees are rude and not well trained.
