My family and I came in to check out a Toyota Corolla, which was one of three on the lot. No surprise they had their "market adjusted price" aka markup. The car was fine, but they clearly thought they were the only game in town since they wouldn't budge from the markup at all. Not only that, but the sales manager who decided to interrupt negotiations (some guy that reminded me of Luis Guzman) and put a stop to all of it, citing that even if we went anywhere else, we'd never get as good of a price as them. Well, guess what? Had they at least asked if we'd buy the car at MSRP or just $500 below, we'd have entertained it and they probably would have made a sale then and there. But instead, not only did they send us on our way (yes, we saw that motion to shoo us away mister manager Garcia), but we ended up at Moss Bros Toyota just less than 30 minutes away, and not only did they agree to sell their hatchback corolla at MSRP, but they also made a little more selling us with LoJack, tint, Environental Protect Package, Wheel Locks, door edge guards, extended warranty (7yrs/100k miles), service package (6yrs/75k miles), and a few more. And we STILL got all that for less than the price Gosch Toyota wanted to sell their Corolla for while not budging on the markup. So, yeah, a lost sale in multiple fronts for this dealership over poorly handling a customer that was about ready to buy had the numbers lined up because of their hubris and greed. All over "market adjusted price" that brings ZERO value to a car, unlike the dealer installed items I listed. So would I recommend Gosch Toyota to my family friends? That would be a giant NO. I wouldn't even bring my own 86 to them for service (and not only because their prices are ridiculous), and in fact will be willing to drive 1-2 hours to go to a dealership that will treat me better and give me a reasonable price. tl;dr Don't even bother coming over here. They won't work with you and you can get a better deal elsewhere. All they'll do is bad mouth the other dealerships and act like you're not even worth their time. At all costs, avoid, avoid and avoid.

I like coming in on saturday mornings when its time for an oil change. I get my morning coffee, then I get some snacks and my filters at the parts counter. They're good people

Masks worn by all staff I saw, barriers between work stations, sanitizer stations, social distancing and solo test drives. We bought there a few weeks back, pretty on top of things.

I leased a car 8 months ago from Gosch. My drivers side mirror adjustment is not working. Can I take the car to another Toyota Dealer for correction?

Don't know, but I would think if they want future good ratings and car leasing and buying returning customers, they would provide great customer service!

Do I qualify to buy a car if my credit report shows I have a thin credit report?

1st. Get ypur credit report. Know your score. You get better interest rates from your local credit union. The dealer will do the best they can to get you qualified, but the interest rates they quote you are arbitrary. Get a price before you even go in by using the credit union, AAA or Costco
