Awful maternity experience!!! While delivering my son one of the nurses kept telling me how strong I was, then I randomly felt a strong binning sensation in my arm coming through the IV. I had to ask her three times what the burning sensation was before she said oh I forgot to tell you I was starting medication. She then told me that it didn’t hurt and I had to fight to get her to slow the medicine down through the IV! Will deliver in my car before going back there!

This goes back over 2 years now, but BEWARE IF YOU RECEIVE TREATMENT AT THIS HOSPITAL. They will lie to your face, run tests you don’t need and overcharge your insurer. Then they don’t send you a bill for 2 years. Then when they do and you try to dispute it they send it to their collection attorney. Now I have to hire a lawyer to help me settle this because of how OSF handled this entire thing. They overcharge you and threaten you with legal action when you try to find a solution. This company is beyond evil, I can’t believe they’re allowed to care for human beings. They provide A HORRIFIC, ADVANTAGE-TAKING LEVEL OF CARE. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT LET THEM TREAT YOU!
