How many parking spaces are there? How many spaces are aloted per unit? How are they assigned?

I don't live there but it at least looks like for sure one space per unit I would guess once you are accepted to live there that's when you would be assigned a parking space. I also see that there are visitor spaces as well.

I'm not sure it appears to be full but you never know when a place my become available I hear they have a waiting list but not sure how long.
