Amazing experience living here, cost is great. Location is paramount to activities nearby. Great maintenance staff, excellent services and respond times to calls.

I called recently about the 1BD rental rate and they told me it's starting at 980$, while I know someone just signed a new contract for only 796$. They're not trustworthy and taking advantage of the new people asking for a rent. I don't recommend it at all.
