This lady Gail gave me so much advice about real life it was amazing. She also has a lot of things under her belt she is well educated and she as well is sweet and kind but firm and I love her personality and who she is. Save the BEST FOR LAST ALL OF THEM ARE GREATTTTTTTTT BUT the head Boss Lady MISTY is a Real Lion 🦁 she is a protector and look out for us people who rent from her and will give her last to help you out far as life and moving in and understanding that we as people are all trying to make it and Misty does everything to save your home over your head she follows the rules of her position but this lady personally have have helped my daughter out in so many ways and help me to and today . I just want to say Thank You Meadow park Management Team I think your All AMAZING . If these ladies are life coaches it’s more than just paying my rent here it’s Family because of the way each person make u feel. I have cried because I never had a landlord who truthfully cares about me and every one else. Thank You All ok I’m getting emotional 🥲 now had to leave my review. Great place to live and it’s beautiful here . Helll to tell u the truth this place look so much better than these places you pay 1500 to 1700 dollars for it’s absolutely up graded Appliances 2 bathrooms large living room OMG MY BEDROOM LORD HAVE MERCY IS BIG AND Luxurious it’s so big It’s hard for me to leave because it’s beautiful walk in bathroom Okurrrrrrrr Yasssss. I've Been Living Out Here Like 12 Year's MOr 13Years now but whose counting I Love Living out here! Misty is awesome she makes sure what's important Taken care of she help make the apartment to be a much better place to live in as well as caring about everyone! She don't feed into nonsense that'so irrelevant she puts her job 1st and I Love that and how great the maintenance team other people in office are awesome as well! I would recommend anyone to live in a beautiful place here that's peaceful I haven't had any problems! All the apartment ask for Obey all rules so it can continue be a better place! Thanks so much!♥️ Appreciate everything I Love it here!

Don't waste your time. Don't get your hopes up. This property list available units but never returns calls. I hope NEW MANAGEMENT takes over this establishment so people who need housing can move into available units. The manager needs to FIRE her or his self........

Hello, Kenisha. We are a tax credit property and we do not base anyone's rent off of their income. We do have set rent amounts per bedroom size and we also have income qualifications that you have to meet to qualify at our property. We also run a credit and background check on anyone looking to move into the apartments. There are scoring parameters set up with our third party company that we run all credit and background checks through. We would also run your application to see if you would be approved. I applied five years ago in March. I moved in the next following month. Property is kept up. Everyone is very friendly and quiet. Maintenance response very fast. A beautiful place to live
Yes. I live in a 3 bd apt., but when I wanted a 2bd I made too much. They are nice. is a nice and the kids like to play outside!
