This is the worst Medical office I have ever visited. The Doctor did a prescription for a Serum, it was not what I requested. The Pharmacy immediately sent back a requested to have it corrected to a Cream. I personally made phone calls for Four days, left messages, no one called back. I also spoke to three different persons on different days who promised to have the situation corrected, so far no luck. I may have to do the 40min. drive back to the office to try and have this rectified.

I've been to all the offices of the Clark Clinics. The best one is Howey in the Hills location. The office staff are very friendly and office is clean.

Doctors are wonderful here but the nurses, front desk and else are horrible. Need to upgrade to people that are friendlier and polite to the patients. Please, please change them all!!

My insurance is taken here. That’s why I had been going here. Been to four appointments at this clinic. The afire staff have messed up my paperwork every time. 4 visits. 4 different Doctors all of which treat you like cattle. Both office staff and Doctors are extremely unprofessional. The visit I had this morning the young male Doctor was talking to a mother about her 11 year olds mental state. In the waiting room. Last visit at this place. Save yourself from stress and anxiety and find a more professional and cleaner place for treatment.
