The ladies who helped draw my blood today were amazing!! The lady with the sick mask and Leah! I have an insane and irrational phobia of getting my blood drawn but they were both so caring, thoughtful and relaxed in the right way to where it was a pleasurable experience both times i came in (The first time my blood pressure was too low so it didn’t take and i had to come back in) These ladies made me feel comfortable and safe and i could not thank them enough!

Open space room with no privacy, where conversation with the client is exposed to everyone in the room (about 10 people). The fact that you have appointment scheduled is completely ignored, and you will be placed into the general line with ~1 hr wait with no apologies.

I needed to get a test done and didnt know i had to make an appointment first but Jessica was so sweet and took me in without an appointment. She was the only person working that day and there were a few of us waiting to get tested. She handled everything well. Great customer service!!!
