Clean and not full of homeless the same way the depot is.

I needed to park my vehicle for several days and I was able to park it here safely and for free

Place is clean and because it's between the North and south bound I-5 there is no reason for thief's of opportunity. But state patrol and Everett PD do patrolles through the parking lights. I've never had a problem with my vehicle or anything in it 😉

Wonderful park and ride. Much safer and nicer then most park and rides in the area. Carpool exits to both i5 North and South, silver lake Park is only a couple of blocks away, buses to Seattle, bike racks, and just shy of 400 parking spaces. They do tend to fill up with in the morning Monday-Friday with commuters.

Yes sir! Of course you can!!! Sir i used to live in Everett, now i live in seattle. I took the 510/512 bus to Seattle about every day. Ive used the Orca Card to get as far south as Lacey, WA. I believe one can also use the Orca Card to get all the way to the Pacific Ocean.
Always free, but even busier now that the NGate Rail Station opened.
You can park overnight but make sure you get your car early next day, I've done it several times never had a problem
I do not believe there is any bus that goes to Marysville from 112th. But you can Catch a 512 ($2+) to north everett transit center/station or a #29 ($1) everett bus that's headed north to the same north everett station. (sometimes there is a 510 bus headed north too). Then I believe there are buses to Marysville from there.
