Gym is a fragment of when it was the Lord's Gym back in the day. After a month I've gotten to get a good feel for the place and have mixed reviews. The turf and belt squat are great additions but at the cost of other equipment barely hanging on really dampens the mood. I've mostly been disappointed in how dirty the place is now. Trainers and members leave stuff everywhere, members sweat all over the seats and they don't clean it up afterwards. It's just a lazy nasty culture here. Not all is bad in the gym though. They have everything you would need to workout, it's not overly packed like CF fitness and the price is great.

Our Trainer Brian Sargis is a real professional who knows his business. Good trainers get the most out of their clients without getting them hurt. That is very important. Go see him!

The owner charges for maintenance fees, but adjusting the cable machine is a workout in itself because they are never oiled or maintained. It’s been like that for over a year! Under the dumbbell rack there’s about 3 inches of dust & the dumbbells are never tightened so they always roll in your hands when using them. The owner needs to maintain the gym tools or I’ll just cancel my membership & go to CF Fitness. Unacceptable to charge maintenance fees & not maintain all the tools or keep it from having so much dust inside.
