Only used the pool for the day but it was really nice and clean, staff was very attentive too

NTC and South Lake Aquatics are top notch. Took my 2 year old here for infant swimming lessons and Coach Kaylee was amazing. She and my son really bonded. The pool is immaculate and safe. There are always children of all ages taking part in activities at the pool. I am highly impressed with the people and facilities. You may even get to met an Olympian like we did. Don't second guess it, go here.

For prices you need to call it depends on age and all. Like what I pay at 63 will be different from you
Pool therapy is usually M,W,and F it can be as early as 630 depends on the weather. Mid morning thru lunch it tends to be steady. Weekend is a little better

I think the outdoor track is open to the public. We have used it on occasion and no one has said anything.
