Called to schedule my son for an appointment due to greeting a new job and switching insurance. It took 30 minutes just for her to tell me i can’t schedule until i get a insurance card which is something i asked her about from the being. Already do not recommend and opting to change my insurance before it’s too late. I’d rather pay more money then deal with them.

No. Location all over the KC region
There are sliding glass doors to the entrance of this location along with subtle Spira Care branding (next to Andy's, right?). Spira Care does not own the entire building, though--you might have easily seen one of the other suites that are unoccupied. Spira's entrance is facing south.
I don't work there. So, you may be right; my understanding is you can walk in, but they may be full with appointments (i.e. if you walk in you're not guaranteed a spot). That probably happened recently because of all the sickness going around. It's been really busy there the last few days with it being cold/flu season. That hasn't been true for me at other times of the year. Best of health to you!
Don't count on it. I have multiple sclerosis and I have had a heck of a time dealing with the nurse practitioner that was assigned to me. Best of luck with this company
