Obviously if you are dying you can go here. If you have to go for anything else, I would triple check your appointments. I double checked my physical appointment and when I got there they turned me away because a physical would be 30 minutes and I was only booked for 15 minutes. She said you can come in and get something checked out just no physical. She said " I see you booked a physical but looks like it wasn't put in right" then proceeded to tell me the earliest physical would be at 1 month out. **Please call multiple times to make sure your appointment is on. Do not assume they know what they are doing check more than twice.

Dr.Blank is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend.

As far as I know, ARC does not have a urologist. However all the docs at South 1st are great. I have seen Dr.Kraft and she is amazing. She talks to you as a person and is very personable. As a PCP, they will be able to refer you to a specialist that they recommend. Maybe try that route.

I've been trying to get in touch with any nurse from Rheumatology to no avail. I have now spent over an hour and a half on hold over the last 3 days. What is the best way to get in touch with a nurse?

To contact a nurse I use the MyChart app messaging system. I have only contacted them after I have had an appt already, though.
