I've been trying to get in touch with any nurse from Rheumatology to no avail. I have now spent over an hour and a half on hold over the last 3 days. What is the best way to get in touch with a nurse?

To contact a nurse I use the MyChart app messaging system. I have only contacted them after I have had an appt already, though.
