Had an awful experience with treatment at the facility by staff. The nurses speak for the Dr's and made my simple situation aggravating and worse with everyone I spoke to. They were very argumentative to me refused to acknowledge basic emails or take responsibility for how they contributed to the problem I had. The ARC chart system portal for patients is the worst experience in my opinion, technology is supposed to make things easier but it makes things harder at times. When I ask my question to Dr. Hooda, I never got her to answer me, just the gatekeepers filtering all replies. I literally had to call up the head of the office to explain the low level of service, and of course she is on vacation. Then today Dr. Hooda calls me up and immediately starts scolding me for the interactions & siding with the nurses without even hearing what I had to say regarding the matter. I ended up hanging up on her and now I need to find a better Dr and practice that cares. Be careful of this place, select your Dr's carefully.

I've been a patent at ARC of over 20 years and I'd love to share my current dilemma with you. My family and I discovered we all had pinworms late April of this year. We began treating ourselves with the Reeses pinworm otc meds. I was seen by Dr. Madhu Hooda at the ARC Anderson Mill clinic on April 27, 2022 and she tested me for giardia antigen, ova and parasite screen, and stool with Stec culture. Some of the results never came back as of today. Since then, the Reeses medication has proven to be ineffective for what we have (we all still have sighting of pinworms in our stool). I saw Dr. Issac on June 2, who insisted on giving me the pinworm pret test (the sticky spatula) instead of the same stool test Dr. Hooda initially gave. I specifically asked Dr. Isaac for the stool test to avoid prolonging the diagnosis. The result from that test came back negative for pinworms on June 4, 2022. Today, the ARC nurse asked me have I scheduled an appointment the GI doctor and I'm so disappointed, angry, and confused by the lack there of. My children and husband have all since been given stool sample test by their ARC doctors (Dr. Maria Scranton and Dr. Chen @ quarry lake) but I can't seem to be taken seriously enough or get someone to care enough to reach out to me and help me. I have asked to speak with on site supervisors at the ARC Anderson Mill location and the best the nurse was able to do for me was provide me with a name but no contact information for Jenine

I waited on hold to make an appointment for an excruciating pain under my shoulder blade for 1 hour and 18 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back and my current hold time just passed an hour and 7 minutes. There is absolutely NO viable reason a person should have to spend AT LEAST 2 hours waiting to even hear a human voice. I can guarantee that if I were to call the billing department to offer payment for something, the phone would be answered in record time.

Extremely happy with my visit with Dr. Tipton. He was very genuine, compassionate and caring. He took his time thoroughly explaining my condition and provided me with handwritten notes for his roadmap to recovery. I don’t typically enjoy going to the doctor, but Dr. Tipton made the experience very comfortable, educational and promptly addressed my needs. Thank you. A+

You'd have to call them or try an urgent care location. There's one at 620 and Anderson Mill.
