Terrible experience. The time at the front desk was 100% fine and okay! Helpful and quick. My doctor on the other hand, doctor Adib, thank you so so SOOO much for sending me home even more clueless!!! I've been trying to see a gastroenterologist for months and to be let down like this is the absolute worst, I was excited to be better!! I appreciate him doing the absolute bare minimum to help me out with my issues. I went to him in hopes of getting to move SOME direction to solve my problem but no, I'm right back at square one. He asked me some questions, not great questions for sure. Dr.Adib seemed confused with the answers I provided him and couldn't try and tell me what it may be, I was expecting some tests to get done, maybe some progress to get made but instead he talked to me for about 30 minutes and diagnosed me without any real reasoning to back up your diagnosis. I gave him one small detail and after that small detail, that was it, I have that syndrome. I expect so so much more from an individual that went to school for YEARS to try and help others. Thanks for nothing! I won't be coming back here and I definitely won't recommend this location to any individual in the future! To everyone else though, have a great day :)

I asked for pricing before going there and the receptionist on the phone didn’t know how much but she said about $150. When we arrived I asked for pricing and the receptionist said $120 to $290. To what I replied that’s a big swing, how can I know the price, and she said the price was depending on what the Dr. said. So after the Dr. saw my baby I asked her about the pricing and she said she didn’t know but she would ask the receptionist. Then the receptionist said that because she got antibiotics prescribed then this was a level 4 Dr. visit. Apparently they have different levels of visits, up to level 5 and only a simple cough that requires antibiotics is considered a level 4, which is the highest cost at $290!! But they pretend to be so friendly and they offer payment plans (at a higher cost) and they do this confusing thing that you pay $50 that same day and then the rest of the bill arrives later. This, I think, is in order to make it feel more affordable but later they get you with high prices by billing you over the mail. I can say that the Dr. That saw my 2 year old was really nice and caring I just hope they were clear and up front with their pricing and no tricky moves to charge you their really high prices.

Dr. Parsons is one of the most caring providers I’ve ever met. Mandy, her nurse, is responsive and a delight to talk to. I’ve never felt more comfortable in the care of a healthcare provider before. They’re also lgbtq+ affirming, for folks who are looking for that.
