I regret ever going here. I ended up having to transfer for circumstances I can't control, which about 40% of their clients do, and now I'm waiting and waiting for my refund. Of course they'll keep a big portion of my money for work they never did. Some of their midwives and staff are really good, some aren't. You don't know who you will get when the baby comes. They use 3rd party billing which makes everything difficult. They always blame the client's insurance, which is a complete lie because they're the only provider that is taking months to even file a claim. They look you right in the eye and lie to you. I should have found a hospital provider I felt really comfortable with, because AABC can transfer you at any time for any reason, and now you're left scrabbling, and unable to receive the care from AABC that you pre-paid for. Now you wait months and wonder if you'll ever see a dime of the money.

This review is long overdue. I chose AABC for my prenatal care and the birth of our baby a year ago after trying out another clinic. Although I didn’t have my baby here, as I had to be transferred to the hospital due to medical reasons, the care I received here was incomparable to the care I would have received anywhere else. Rachel and Tricia showed such compassion towards me before and during labor. Tricia even went with me to the hospital to make sure the transition went smoothly and ensured I was well taken care. Postpartum when I got severe PPD, these ladies along with Harmony, Valarry and Michelle were amazing in helping me feel less alone and validating my feelings and concerns. I never felt rushed to get off the phone when I would call with questions. These ladies truly do care about their patients. It’s good to know there is still authentic caretakers out there that truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make them feel safe and cared for. Thank you ladies for helping us bring our baby girl into the world! We are forever grateful to you! 💜

Excellent care throughout my entire pregnancy. After my 6-week postpartum visit I was genuinely sad I wouldn’t be returning because everyone (down to the front desk) felt like family. Special shout-out to Michelle who used her special midwife powers to get my blood pressure under control and ended up being the one to deliver my baby. Birth assistant Jen was knowledgeable and was hustling on a busy night! We felt so safe and empowered in their care (not to mention the rockstar stitch job from Michelle while narrating to my doula how she does it)!

I would highly recommend AABC for anyone considering a natural option! The midwives are knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. They have great classes and our birth experience was wonderful. It’s also fantastic to have postnatal mom and baby appointments combined. Thank you to all the Midwives, birth assistants, Valarry and Kayla for making our experience wonderful.

Hi Elizabeth! AABC doesn't currently accept Medicaid, however, we do offer self pay and discount financial hardship rates for those who qualify. We also offer extended payment plans if needed. You can contact our front office at 512 243 8066 to discuss self-pay pricing. Have a great day!
No, they dont.
