This has been 1 of my favorite thrift stores for a long time UNTIL today. I will never come back. Every employee was extremely rude to me when checking out. I had mistaken a TV for a monitor while in a rush. I decided to put the ite back and went back to look for a computer monitor. On the way out the door I overheard the employees talking about me and calling me ignorant for not knowing the difference. Maybe be sure customer is gone before bashing them

Always find great stuff here and the staff is nice but recently they started organizing t shirts (maybe other stuff too) by color instead of size so it takes too long to find anything. I go to red racks most of the time now instead.

Have loved City Thrift for many years. I shop here often. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but their bathroom is nearly out of order every time I stop in (often with little kids). Constantly leaking or breaking toilets. They also removed the dressing rooms a few years ago, so you can't try anything on. PROS: The store is organized, with a great vintage section that I often find great treasures in. I love how well they keep the housewares and clothing organized. The staff is always kind and there are plenty of people working here at all times of day to help. CONS: Previously mentioned facilities issues. The prices are NOT thrifty in my opinion, and they just keep getting higher and higher. I do appreciate the rewards points system so I can earn discounts - but this is the most overpriced thrift store I shop in. I regularly leave things behind because they're just priced too high. I don't donate here because I prefer shops that are priced lower so people can get what they need at a better price.

Management is doing something amazing here. This store is full of really great merchandise and the displays are one of a kind. Please keep doing what your doing. This is my new favorite place to shop.

We do not trade clothing. We do accept donations where you will get a coupon for savings on items inside (minimum donation required, coupon good on full priced items).
As with most thrift stores they have what was donated. So they might, but no guarantee.
